Ingredients
1onionsliced
2clovesgarliccrushed
1red peppersliced
3tbspMayflower Curry Powder
3boneless chicken thighs*chopped
1tbspsoy sauce
1chicken stock pot
750mlboiling water
1medium potatooptional for a thicker soup
Instructions
Mix the boiling water with the stockpot (or cube) and the Mayflower curry powder.
Add the other ingredients to the soup maker jug and pour the stock from step 1 over the top. Depending on your soup maker you might need to top up with some more water.
Set off on smooth.
Optionally stir in some cooked noodles or rice.
Notes
*you can use raw chicken in a Ninja Soup Maker but most other soup makers advise to only use cooked chicken.
