Ingredients
- 1 butternut squash peeled and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 onion peeled and chopped
- 1 to 2 medium potatoes peeled and chopped
- 1 vegetable stock pot or cube
Instructions
- Optionally sauté the onion & garlic in the butter or oil. This is optional, if your soup maker doesn't have a sauté function then you can either do this step in a separate pan or leave it out.
- Add all the ingredients to your soup maker. Add the stock pot or cube directly to the soup maker and top up to the line with hot water.
- Set off on smooth.
- Season according to taste.
