Crispy Air Fryer Tofu Recipe
Air fryer tofu is quick to prepare and is ready in just 10 minutes. Serve with your favourite dips or sauces!

Ingredients
300
g
firm tofu
2
tbsp
soy sauce

tsp
sesame oil
2
tsp
seasoning*

tbsp
cornflour
Instructions
Cut the tofu into 1 inch size cubes using a sharp knife or kitchen scissors.
Place in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients, tossing everything together until the tofu is well coated.
Leave the tofu to marinate for 5 to 10 minutes. During this time, you can preheat the air fryer at 200C/400F.
Transfer the marinated tofu to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Shake the basket at 5 minutes to ensure the tofu crisps all the way over.
Serve alone or with your favourite dip.
Notes
*seasoning - I used 2 tsp of season-all, but you can use any flavours, try garlic powder and paprika or a curry powder spice mix.
