Ingredients
1tbspolive oil
4eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Use one egg per wrap. Beat the egg in a small jug. Optionally add a little salt and pepper to season or a pinch of mixed dried herbs or dried chilli flakes to the egg mixture.
Heat the oil in a frying pan before adding the beaten egg.
Cook for about 1 minute on each side until the egg is set and starting to brown.
Transfer to a plate and leave to cool before adding your choice of filling (see notes).
