Eggy bread is quick and easy to make. It goes great with a Full English Breakfast, but is equally delicious when eaten alone as a snack!

Ingredients
4medium eggsbeaten
4slicesof bread
2tbspmilk
2tbspbutter or oil
Instructions
Beat the eggs and milk together in a bowl large enough to lay the bread flat in.
One by one, lay each slice of bread in the bowl of the beaten egg until each one is soaked through.
Heat the butter or oil in a frying pan and add each slice of soaked bread to the hot pan. You may need to do this in stages depending on the size of your pan.
Fry each slice for about 2 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden brown.
Remove the cooked bread from the pan and leave to cool on a wire rack before serving.
