Ingredients
8fish fingersallow 2 per tortilla wrap
4tortilla wraps
Lettuce
Cucumber
Sauceeg. tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, sweet chilli, hot pepper sauce
Instructions
Cook fish fingers (grilled, oven-baked or air fried).
Lay tortilla wraps out flat.
Lay 2 fish fingers on each tortilla wrap.
Add your choice of salad ingredients - choose from lettuce, cucumber, peppers etc.
Either add your sauce now or leave it plain and dip your fish finger wrap in on serving.
Fold the tortilla wrap over at the bottom and then fold each side over. Place seam side down on a plate to stop it from unfolding, or, pierce a cocktail stick through it to keep it in place.
