Garlic Butter Recipe
Garlic butter is incredibly easy to make at home with minimal ingredients required. Add it to dough balls, bread or smear it over a steak!

Ingredients
150
g
butter
salted or unsalted
2
cloves
of garlic*
crushed
1
tsp
dried parsley/1 tbsp fresh parsley
chopped
Instructions
Add the butter to a bowl - make sure it is softened.
Peel and crush the garlic cloves into the butter.
If you are using parsley, stir this in now too. Make sure everything is well mixed.
If you are not using the garlic butter right away wrap it up and store it in the fridge until you are ready to use it.
Notes
* Reduce or increase the number of garlic cloves according to how 'garlicky' you like your food.
