Start by chopping the tomatoes and cucumber into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
Drain the feta cheese and chop it into small chunks and add to the tomatoes and cucumber.
If you are using canned olives drain them before adding them to the salad.
Squeeze some lemon juice over the mixed salad.
Add the dressing - this can be just plain extra virgin olive oil or a combination of olive oil, red wine vinegar and 1 tsp dried herbs (oregano is a good option or a dried mixed herb combination).
