Halloumi Burger Recipe
A halloumi burger is a perfect alternative to a meat burger - cook the halloumi on a BBQ, or fry it up in the pan!

halloumi

brioche rolls/burger bun rolls
Lettuce/Tomatoes/Coleslaw
Instructions
Slice the halloumi up into 8 slices, about 1cm in thickness each.
Optionally coat in a little oil (more so if you are cooking on a BBQ, you can dry fry in a non-stick pan).
Add slices to the frying pan and cook until browned on both sides, about 1 to 2 minutes on each.
Slice the buns and lightly toast them.
Add cooked halloumi to buns and assemble with your choice of salad, hummus or coleslaw.
