Halloumi Kebabs
Halloumi kebabs taste great when grilled, air fried or cooked on the BBQ. Add in your favourite vegetables and coat in a delicious herby marinade.

Ingredients
250

halloumi
1
red onion
Mixed sweet peppers

tbsp
olive oil
1
tsp
dried mixed herbs
Instructions
Cut the halloumi and vegetables up into equal sized pieces.
Thread them on to the kebab sticks.
Mix the dried herbs and olive oil together and brush over the halloumi kebabs.
Place on either a BBQ, grill or in an air fryer and cook for 5 to 8 minutes, turning half way through .
