Ingredients
500gbeef mince
1egg
75g-100g breadcrumbs
Seasoning
Dried mixed herbs/fresh herbs
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Once everything is well mixed, using your hands, roll the mince into equally sized meatballs. You might want to oil your hands slightly to prevent the meat sticking to you.
Cook either in a frying pan (about 10-15 minutes), under a grill (10-15 minutes), in an oven (20 minutes) or via one of the methods mentioned above.
