Instructions
Prepare the ingredients and add everything to the food processor or blender. Process until a coarse paste has formed.
Spread the jerk marinade over the meat or vegetables.
Notes
If you want a hotter jerk flavour, add in 1 or 2 more Scotch Bonnets.
