Ingredients

of frozen mango chunks
250
ml
of milk
use any kind: whole, semi-skimmed, almond, soy, oat etc.

g
of plain or Greek yoghurt
1-2
tablespoons
of honey or another sweetener to taste
optional
Instructions
Place the mango chunks in a blender.
Add the milk to the blender. Use less milk if you prefer a thicker milkshake or more milk for a thinner consistency.
Add the yoghurt to the blender.
If you're using a sweetener, add it to the blender now.
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
