Ingredients

mango
chopped (fresh or frozen)

fat free vanilla yoghurt

skimmed milk

lime
(juice)

ice cubes
(optional)
Instructions
Pour the milk and yoghurt in your blender. Add the chopped mango and lime juice. Add ice cubes if you are not using frozen mango. Blend for about 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth.
