Ingredients

rolled oats
300
ml
milk
or water

apple - optional topping

tsp
ground cinnamon
or substitute with your choice of spices

ground nutmeg
optional

ground ginger

Instructions
In your microwave safe bowl, add the milk, oats and mixed spices (optional). Gently stir to combine.
Place in microwave for between 4 and 6 minutes (depending on the power of your microwave, the higher the power, the less time it will need).
Stop half way through cooking time to stir.
When finished, stir through again to make sure it is properly cooked.
Add sliced/grated apples and honey (optional)
Notes
Add your favourite toppings! There are lots of options, some include;
blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, banana, chia seeds, cocoa powder
