Ingredients
2eggs
1tbspwater or milk
Salt/pepper according to taste
Instructions
Grease your microwave safe mug or bowl with a little butter or oil.
Crack both eggs into the mug or bowl together with the water or milk and beat. Season with any salt or pepper as required.
Place in the microwave and cook for 30 seconds. Remove and using a fork fluff it up. Return to the microwave for a further 30 seconds and repeat. Repeat until the scrambled egg is cooked according to the consistency you prefer. I used a 1000w microwave and it took 90 seconds in total.
