Ingredients
2medium chicken breasts
1tbspolive oil
2tspRas El Hanout spice mix*
Optional: squeeze of lemon after cooking
Instructions
Mix olive oil with either Ras El Hanout or the DIY spice blend. Rub over the chicken breasts.
Marinate for 10–15 minutes if time allows.
Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 180°C / 360°F for 12–18 minutes, flipping halfway. Check the internal temperature reaches 75°C / 165°F. The time to cook the chicken breasts will vary depending on the thickness of the meat.
Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
Optional: squeeze over lemon juice before serving.
Serve over couscous or rice with roasted vegetables.Slice into a flatbread or wrap with salad and yoghurt.Great with a grain bowl or tossed into a Moroccan couscous salad.
