Ingredients

onion
chopped

cloves
garlic
crushed

red chilli
chopped

curry powder

red lentils
rinsed

celery sticks
chopped

carrot
approx 100g, chopped

potato
approx 150g, chopped

apple
peeled and chopped
1
vegetable stock pot/cube
Fresh coriander to garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Optionally saute the onion and garlic.
2. Add all the remaining ingredients to the soup maker.
3. Add water (I use hot water) up to the MAX line in the soup maker. Stir all the ingredients together until they are well mixed.
4. Set the soup maker off on chunky.
5. At the end of the soup maker cycle you can do a quick partial blend or pulse to alter the consistency, or, leave it as it is.
6. Season according to taste.
