Instructions
Rinse the rice under a tap through a sieve. Wash it until the water runs clear and as much of the starch is removed as possible.
Add the rinsed rice to the Ninja Foodi cooking pot and add in the 250ml of water.
Place the pressure cooker lid on top and switch the pressure release valve to the sealed position.,
Select the pressure cooker function and set the timer to 2 minutes.
At the end of the 2 minutes cooking time, leave the pressure cooker for 10 minutes before releasing the pressure.
Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
