Chilli con carne is quick and easy to make in a Ninja Foodi using the pressure cooker function. The meat comes out tender and full of flavour. Serve it with your favourite chilli con carne side!

Ingredients
1tbspoil
500gbeef mince
1onionchopped
2clovesgarliccrushed
1green peppersliced
1red peppersliced
1x 400g chopped tomatoes
2tbsptomato puree
1x 400g kidney beansdrained and rinsed
2tbspchilli powder
1tspground cumin
1/2tsppaprika
250mlbeef stock
Salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Set the pressure cooker to sauté mode and add the oil. When the oil is hot, add the onion and garlic and cook for a few minutes until they begin to soften.
Add the mince and cook until browned.
Stir in the peppers and saute for a further minute or two.
Add the chilli powder, cumin, paprika spices, salt and pepper. Let them cook for a minute to release their flavour.
Add the kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and beef stock and stir.
Close the pressure cooker lid and set it to high pressure for 10 minutes.
After the cooking time, carefully release the pressure.
Open the lid and stir the chilli. If the chilli is too thin, you can set the pressure cooker to sauté mode and cook for a few more minutes until it thickens to your desired consistency.
Serve the chilli hot, garnished with shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped coriander, and your favourite side.
