Heat oil in the Ninja Foodi pot using the SEAR/SAUTE function.
Add the onions and saute for 5 minutes, until softened.
Add mince and brown for 5 minutes - if anything sticks to the pot, use a little hot stock to deglaze it.
Add the garlic, chilli, tomato puree, passata, curry powder, ginger, cinnamon and stock. Stir.
Switch off the SEAR/SAUTE function and put on the Ninja Foodi lid or slide to the right if using a Ninja Foodi with a smart lid.
Using the pressure cooker function select high pressure for 10 minutes and quick release.
At the end of the pressure cooking time, open the Ninja Foodi when able and stir the curried mince.
Switch to SEAR/SAUTE and add the frozen peas. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Taste the mince and add more curry powder or seasoning if required.
Serve with rice or on top of a jacket potato.
Notes
Curry Powder - I used four tablespoons of hot curry powder. On your first go of making it, you might want to use less and then add some more curry powder at the end once you know how spicy it is. Cooking in a pressure cooker will intensify the taste so it is best to go easy on the spices the first time around.
