Ninja Soup Maker Broccoli and Apple Soup
I like to occassionally add some fruit for a twist on a classic soup recipe. This broccoli and apple soup only has a few ingredients and is quick and easy to prepare.

onion
peeled and quartered

cloves
garlic
peeled

apples
cored, and chopped

broccoli
cut into florets (approx)

each ground black pepper and salt
800
ml
vegetable stock
Instructions
Add the quartered onions and garlic cloves directly to the soup maker jug. Put the lid on and then use the ‘CHOP’ function to chop them up.
Add the chopped apples, broccoli, salt and pepper and vegetable stock
Set the soup maker off on smooth.
At the end of the soup maker cycle, serve and season according to taste.
