Equipment
Kilner Jar with Spoon
Ingredients
100
g
rolled oats
200
ml
milk
or water/plant/nut milk
1/4
tsp
ground cinnamon
1
tsp
maple syrup
Instructions
Add the rolled oats to a suitable container - glass jars work great but you can use any container that has a lid.
Add in any flavourings such as cinnamon, sugar, salt or cocoa powder. Don't add ingredients that might go mushy if soaked for too long, like berries.
Stir everything around.
Place the lid on the container/jar and put in the fridge.
Leave overnight if you can, but if you want to make them in the day time, they should be soft enough after a few hours.
