Ingredients

onion

chicken or vegetable stock pot or cube
Boiling water

single cream or creme fraiche

Salt and pepper
optional seasoning
Instructions
Add onion and garlic cloves to the Ninja jug and select the ‘chop’ function.
Add the remaining ingredients, apart from the cream, to the jug and put the lid on.
Select the ‘chunky soup’ function.
When the soup maker cycle has finished do a manual blend to make it smoother but while still maintaining some texture.
Optionally stir in the cream and add any seasoning.
Notes
You can leave the potato skin on. Just give them a good wash and chop them up small. Maris Pipers or King Edwards are good options to use.
