Ninja Foodi bolognese is quick and easy to prepare. The pressure cooker makes the bolognese soft and tender, and full of flavour.

Ingredients
1tbspolive oil
500gminced beef
1onionfinely chopped
2garlic clovescrushed
2carrotspeeled and finely chopped (optional veg)
2celery sticksfinely chopped (optional veg)
1400gchopped tomatoes or passata
2tbsptomato puree
500mlbeef stock
1tspdried oregano
1tspdried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
400gspaghetti to serve
Parmesan cheesegrated, to serve
Instructions
Set your Ninja Foodi to sauté mode and add the oil.
When it is hot, add the onions and saute for a few minutes until they soften.
Add the garlic and minced beef, cooking until browned.
Add the celery and carrots is using, as well as the chopped tomatoes (or passata), tomato puree, beef stock and dried herbs. Give everything a good stir to combine.
Put the lid on the pressure cooker and set it to high pressure for 10 minutes.
While the bolognese is cooking, prepare the spaghetti according to package instructions.
Once the cooking time is up, use the quick-release function to release the pressure.
If the bolognese is too runny, switch the Ninja Foodi to sauté/sear mode and cook until it thickens.
Serve the bolognese over the cooked spaghetti and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
