Ingredients

red onion

tin plum tomatoes
drained or 6 fresh tomatoes
Juice of 1/2 lime

olive oil

dried chilli flakes

fresh green chillies
optional for extra heat
Instructions
Pulse the onion in a blender or food processor.
Add in the remaining ingredients and pulse until the salsa has reached your preferred consistency.
Notes
If you don't have a blender or food processor you can dice the ingredients by hand and mix them together.
