Ingredients

boneless chicken thighs*

onion
chopped

cloves
garlic
sliced/crushed

tin chopped tomatoes

tomato puree

medium curry powder

chicken stock
Handful of fresh coriander
chopped (optional garnish)

natural yoghurt
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker apart from the yoghurt and coriander.
Stir ingredients.
Set off on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
Stir in yoghurt and coriander at end.
Serve with rice, naan bread, or your choice of side dish.
Notes
*You can use chicken breast instead of thighs
