Ingredients
200gdigestive biscuits
150gbutter/margarine
300gmilk chocolate
4tbspgolden syrup
80gmini marshmallows
Icing sugarfor dusting
Instructions
In a saucepan, melt the butter, chocolate and syrup. Heat it gently on a low heat to make sure the chocolate doesn't burn. Leave to cool completely.
In the meantime, place the digestive biscuits in a sandwich bag/zip lock bag and bash with a rolling pin (or your fist!)
Once the mixture from #1 has completely cooled, stir in the crushed digestive biscuits and marshmallows.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking tin and flatten down with a palette or back of a spoon.
Leave it to chill in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours, or until it has hardened up.
Sprinkle a dusting of icing sugar on top and slice into individual portions.
Notes
You can leave out the marshmallows and add in your favourite ingredients; honeycomb, popcorn and raisins are also good choices to try!
