In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, crushed garlic and smoked paprika.
Place the pork ribs directly into the slow cooker.
Pour the sauce over the pork ribs.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and set off on low for 7 to 8 hours, or high for 3 to 4 hours.
At the end of the slow cooking time carefully remove the ribs (they will be very soft and may fall apart). If the sauce needs thickening up, add a slurry of cornflour and water, stirring it in. Alternatively, if your slow cooker has a sear/saute function you can simmer it with the lid off until it thickens.
Pour the sauce over the pork ribs. Serve with your favourite sides.
