Slow Cooker Beef Keema
Beef keema is the ideal curry to make in a slow cooker. It's simple to prepare and can be left to slow cook while you get on with your day.

Ingredients
500
g
to 750g minced beef
2
x tins 400g chopped tomatoes
or passata
1
tbsp
garam masala

tsp
turmeric

tsp
ginger

tsp
coriander
2
onions
chopped

cloves
garlic
thinly sliced

red chilli
sliced
salt and pepper to season

large potatoes

frozen green peas
Instructions
Mix spices and chopped tomatoes together.
Apart from the frozen peas, add everything to the slow cooker pot and stir well to mix together.
Set off on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
30 minutes before the end, stir in the frozen peas (and/or spinach leaves if you are using them).
Notes
Swap minced beef for minced lamb if you wish.
Use new potatoes, sweet potatoes or any potato you prefer!
Leave the lid off for 30 minutes to thicken if required.
Serve with naan bread or over white rice.
