1. Make up the stock with boiling water in a jug. Stir in the soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, garlic, ginger and chilli flakes. Stir until the peanut butter has dissolved.
2. Add the pork, stock mixture, peppers and chilli to the slow cooker and gently stir to combine.
3. Set off on low for 6-8 hours, or until the pork is soft and tender.
4. Serving suggestion - tastes great with noodles!
