Instructions
Wash your baking potato thoroughly, scrubbing the skin.
Dry using some kitchen towel or a tea towel.
Pierce all over with a fork.
Wrap in foil.
Place in slow cooker and put the lid on.
Set off on high for 4-5 hours, or low for 7-8 hours. The potato should be soft and fluffy in the middle when it is ready.
Cut open and add your favourite toppings!
Notes
You can cook more than one jacket potato at a time, just wrap them in separate foil. Try not to put too many baking potatoes in the slow cooker at once. You can layer up if needed.
