Ingredients

pork mince

bacon lardons

garlic

thinly sliced

stalks of celery

tins chopped tomatoes
Seasoning
optional salt and pepper according to taste
Instructions
After you have prepared the ingredients, add everything to the slow cooker and stir together. There is no need to add any additional liquid.
Set the slow cooker off on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Serve with linguine or your favourite pasta and top with grated cheese.

If you want to make less, reduce the quantities accordingly.
