2kgturkey crownapprox

1tbspolive oil
2tspdried mixed herbs

Instructions
Leave turkey crown out at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Brush with olive oil and season with herbs, salt, pepper, or your choice of herbs/spices.
Chop onions and place in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Place turkey crown on top of onions.
Put the lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours (see notes).
At the end of the cooking time check the turkey is cooked all the way through. Use a meat thermometer if you can, it should be at least 75°C/165°F. If you don't have a thermometer check the turkey has no pink bits and the juices run clear.
