Chop the vegetables up really small - this can be done by hand or using the pulse function of a Ninja Soup Maker or similar.
Add all the ingredients to the soup maker apart from the pasta. I added the pasta shells at the 20 minute mark, or you can simply stir them in cooked at the end.
Add hot water up to the line and stir the ingredients together.
Set the soup maker off on chunky.
At the end of the soup maker cycle check the consistency of the soup, you may need to add more hot water and stir if it is too thick.
