Spaghetti Bolognese in the Instant Pot

Ingredients

beef mince

passata
400

chopped tomatoes

onion
chopped

cloves
garlic

tsp
mixed dried herbs

tbsp
tomato puree
Instructions
Heat oil in pressure cooker pot. Add the onion and garlic and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the mince and gently cook until browned.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
Switch the saute function off and set to cook at high pressure for 15 minutes. Allow to naturally release for 10 minutes before releasing manually.
Notes
Serving suggestion: Serve with spaghetti, or on a baked potato.
