This super yummy strawberry and banana smoothie uses milk as its base, along with yoghurt, resulting in a smooth taste and texture.

Ingredients
400g1 medium packet strawberries
3medium ripe bananasslightly spotty is good
400mlmilk
3tbspplain or Greek yoghurt
iceoptional
Instructions
Wash strawberries and remove leaves.
Add all ingredients to the blender, as well as a large handful of ice if you want an instant cold smoothie.
Blend for about 30 seconds, or 1 "smoothie" program if you have a smart blender.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Any spare smoothie can be stored in the fridge for a few days in a covered jug. Due to the banana in it, the smoothie will fade from pink to brownish, but this is completely fine. It also might separate a bit, just simply give it a mix before drinking it.
