1x vegetable stock pot or cube + water up to the soup maker line

Instructions
Prepare the vegetables, peel those that need it, or give them a good scrub. Chop them up fairly small so that they cook through.
Add the vegetables to the soup maker.
Add the vegetable stock pot or cube. Add the water (hot or cold) up to the MAX line of your soup maker.
Set off on chunky or smooth.
Season according to taste.
Notes
*The beauty of vegetable soup is you can use what vegetables you have to hand. For this recipe I used carrots, celery, potatoes and parsnips. They totalled about 800g.
