Ingredients
4bone in chicken thighs
1x jar of 100g jerk paste*
Instructions
In a shallow dish, cover the chicken thighs in the jerk paste and leave them to marinate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Transfer to the air fryer basket and air fry at 200°C for 20 minutes, checking on them halfway and turning them over. Check they are cooked all the way through by seeing if the juices run clear and there are no pink bits. If you have a meat thermometer, check the inside of the chicken is at 75°C. Cook for a little longer if necessary.
