Ingredients

- 1kg boneless chicken thighs

salsa
shop-bought or homemade

Instructions
Add chicken thighs to the slow cooker.
Add salsa, garlic and sliced red onion.
Stir everything together and set off on low for 6 to 8 hours, or high for 4 hours.

Add a chopped red or green chilli for some extra heat!
