If you don’t have enough time to run the full program for a loaf of bread (around 4 hours), most bread makers have a rapid white loaf option.
The recipe and process for a quick white bread in a Panasonic bread maker is easy to prepare and is ready in around 2 hours.
What You Need
I followed the exact same recipe from the book that came with my Panasonic bread maker, I used the XL size.
If you would rather make a smaller sized loaf (medium or large), I have also included those below, as per the Panasonic recipe.

Making It
Follow the instructions as per your bread maker, for the Panasonic, add all the ingredients in the order listed above, with the yeast going in the yeast dispenser for the SD-YR2550/SD-YR2540 and for the SD-R2530 put the yeast in the bread pan first.

For the Panasonic bread maker it’s menu number 2 which takes 2 hours.
Use some oven gloves to remove the tin from the bread maker before carefully sliding it out of the tin.
Leave it to cool on a wire rack before slicing it with a sharp knife or bread slicer.
