Making smoothies at home is the perfect way to ensure you are fueling your body (and mind) with lots of extra nutrition. You know exactly what you are consuming, unlike some shop bought smoothies which can be high in unneccessary sugars.

Below is a selection of some of my smoothie recipes which can be made in most blenders. I personally use the Nutri Ninja or the Breville Blend Active. Both are fantastic.
