What You Need
For exact and concise instructions please head to the recipe card at the bottom of the page.
The following is enough for 4 servings, using 8 pork loins, you can use more or less accordingly.
- Pork loins – I used 8 to serve 4 people. You can also use a different cut of pork if you prefer.
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp each of smoked paprika, garlic granules and dried mixed herbs
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Making It
This is a really quick one to prepare. Mix the spices, lemon and oil in a bowl together and brush over both sides of the pork loins. If you have time, leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
